Children who struggle with attention or impulse control issues usually have brains that fire rapidly and out of sync. This can increase their anxiety, cause them to be over-sensitive to their environment, as well as create social difficulties, school struggles and anger impulse control at home.

We look to support and validate children, so they are able to normalize their experience, and life the idea that “something is wrong with them.” By explaining the brain, and using visual tools such as journaling, biofeedback, and self-measurement tools children are able to feel more confident and in control of themselves and their environments.
