Drawing on her theoretical foundations in CBT and Play Therapy, Grace strives to create a safe space for clients to learn and grow. Through rapport and practice, clients can increase self-regulation in counseling sessions and apply skills in everyday life.

Biography

Grace works with children and adolescents to help foster self-esteem, self-efficacy, emotional regulation, and positive social skills. Her experience working with children with autism aged three to six developed her understanding of behavioral management and the importance of encouraging independence. Grace’s mission is to provide a safe space for families and children to identify stressors and collaborate to achieve treatment goals.

Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Play Therapy, Grace strives to build meaningful therapeutic relationships. Through this rapport, she works with clients to instill confidence, awareness, and growth.

Credentials

Grace earned her Bachelor’s in Psychological and Brain Sciences at George Washington University. She is currently pursuing her Master’s and Ed.S. degrees in Professional Counseling at Seton Hall University, and is training to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
