Alayna Andres

Alayna is a licensed social worker in New Jersey. She has a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and build meaningful, lasting change. 

Alayna received her Masters in Social Work from Ramapo College of New Jersey and also holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Ramapo College of New Jersey. In addition to her position at behaved brain, she is a social worker at a mental health agency. 

Alayna is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. Her work focuses on creating a compassionate, collaborative environment where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences and build on their strengths. Alayna believes that every child has the capacity for growth and healing, and she works to meet the needs of every child.  Alayna draws from evidence-based practices to support children and adolescents who experience anxiety, behavioral concerns, trauma, and family transitions. She is committed to providing the highest quality of care to the children and families that she serves.
