Hailey Kaiser

Hailey is passionate about working with children and creating a safe, welcoming space where clients feel comfortable, supported, and understood. She knows that beginning counseling can bring up new and sometimes overwhelming feelings, and she works to ease those nerves with warmth, patience, and encouragement.

Drawing on play therapy foundations and cognitive-behavioral therapy skills, Hailey focuses on building strong therapeutic relationships and supporting children in developing confidence, self-expression, and resilience. She strives to ensure every child feels heard and valued, empowering them to grow and thrive in a nurturing environment.
