As children transition into adolescence there is an increase in sensitivity to their peers and their environment. They struggle to navigate time management and healthy relationship balance, and navigate their screen time and social media.

We look to help support and validate teens, provide a safe space with an empathetic therapist, and often validate that coming to therapy may not always be their number one choice, but can provide great tools and building blocks. We can assist with executive functioning and organization to limit school stress, support through difficult teen relationships or family dynamics, and utilize calming and mindfulness tools to help increase appropriate stress coping skills.
